REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer free postage on any returns sent within the United Kingdom. We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale) within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging (subject to our terms and conditions).
KOKORI, allows you 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction begins the moment your order is delivered.
You may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if original labels are still attached to each product and the original packaging is fully protected. KOKORI cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
Please note that you are responsible for the returned product(s) until it reaches us.
We strongly advise that you return to us using a registered, trackable service, with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel is lost. We request that you include your invoice & reason for return and ship to:

KOKORI will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
Returned merchandise shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
Any shipping or customs charges that may incur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange however, KOKORI will not charge any additional charges for shipping the new items.
Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
The client will be totally refunded once the products are received and observed by KOKORI (if they are in desirable condition) in 21 days
If the recipient of the products, as placed in the order form, is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums paid shall be refunded by KOKORI to the individual who made the payment.
KOKORI staff will take every effort to possible to check your purchase thoroughly for any faulty products/items prior to posting to you. Return of any faulty items will be accepted if goods were faulty upon the delivery. Any items return us faulty will be thoroughly inspected by KOKORI staff members upon the receipt and any item deemed to be subject to usage will not be considered as faulty. Under such circumstances please inform us through email@example.com as soon as possible when you received the product. Any faulty product/items should be returned to us with in 14 days since being received by you.
