If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please carefully read our return terms.
Your right of retraction begins the moment your order is delivered. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name, order number and what item/items do you wish to exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with original labels and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers must take care of shipping and any duty costs, if they are applied. We kindly advise to send your return with a service that provides tracking or proof of delivery. We can’t not make a refund or exchange if we have not recieve it.
Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds are not allowed during sales period and for outlet items. We offer to exchange the garment/s or a gift card. Please contact email@example.com for more information.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site (kokori.co.uk) The products purchased on kokori.co.uk are directly sold by KOKORI.

The use and sales carried out on KOKORI Kids website are settled by the following terms and conditions. By placing an order the user:
Accepts that the customer has read and agrees with the following terms and conditions;
Declares to have at least eighteen (18) year of age and/or over the age of majority in the jurisdiction of residence, and the legal possibility to hire and use own means of payment
Will not make a fraudulent use of the website, contrary to law or to the good customs
When placing the order, the customer has read the terms and conditions (with attention to conditions about price, name, quantity, color, particularities of products, and cost of services) and accepts them completely.

Order and Availability
All items are subject to availability. Our system has been designed to only allow you to order products that we have in stock. However, in the event of an error and your desired product not being available, we will inform you by email within 3 days of receipt of your order.
KOKORI reserves the right to inform the user, within 48 hours (working days) of the order placed, about the unavailability of any product. Further to informing the user about the unavailability, the contract shall be considered as automatically withdrawn for the item unavailable. The cost of the unavailable item will be deducted from the total statement of the used card and the contract will keep being valid for the rest of the order in their normal effect regarding other items being ordered, unless otherwise specified by the user.
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of the email "Order confirmation". The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed by KOKORI. This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum 2 working days). KOKORI reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (availability of an item, problem concerning the order received, abnormal order, unpredictable problems concerning the delivery or issues concerning a previous order). In this case, KOKORI will contact the client, please allow a maximum delay of 5 working days once the order is registered and a refund will be made. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
