Following the UK’s departure from the EU on January 2021, new shipping rules apply to all orders placed by customers in the EU.

As we are a UK based company, all orders to the EU are now considered exports.

Additionally, all orders to the EU valued over £20 are now subject to local, national VAT charged upon arrival by your country of receipt. This is handled by the shipper delivering your parcel. The shipper may charge additional handling fees.This cost calculation is beyond our control our calculations.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
We provide an international delivery service and delivery charges will be added to your order.

We are able to ship to many countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the EU.

If you shop from outside of the European Union, the prices visible on the website are without taxes. Please take into consideration that the tax will be applied in form of duty fees once the parcel arrives at your country's customs. Apart from the tax you might be also charged for the customs procedures. Please know that the client is responsible for all the additional fees like taxes, duties and customs fees.

We recommend to request information at your local customs office in order to calculate any eventual additional fees.

The shipping cost of our order will be automatically calculated depending on the country of delivery. The shipping fees will be added to your order while the check-out.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, KOKORI reserves the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

We do not provide any return shipping labels.

FREE SHIPPING
Occasionally we offer free shipping with special promotions or in concrete periods. This will be clearly stated on our website. Free shipping will be applied to your order at the checkout page.

Free delivery is provided with the Royal Mail standard shipping service.

It may take up to 10-12 days for the international purchases to be delivered.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We are happy to refund or exchange any faulty item in UK (including sale) within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging (subject to our terms and conditions).

Unfortunately we do not accept any changes or returns on our international orders.

Your right of retraction begins the moment your order is delivered.

You may request the exchange or refund of faulty items, which you must return to us in perfect unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will only be accepted if original labels are still attached to each product and the original packaging is fully protected. KOKORI cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

Please note that you are responsible for the returned product(s) until it reaches us.

We strongly advise that you return to us using a registered, trackable service, with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel is lost. We request that you include your invoice & reason for return and ship to:

KOKORI will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
Returned merchandise shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.

Any shipping or customs charges that may incur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange however, KOKORI will not charge any additional charges for shipping the new items.

Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. 

The client will be totally refunded once the products are received and observed by KOKORI (if they are in desirable condition) in 21 days

If the recipient of the products, as placed in the order form, is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums paid shall be refunded by KOKORI to the individual who made the payment.

KOKORI staff will take every effort to possible to check your purchase thoroughly for any faulty products/items prior to posting to you. Return of any faulty items will be accepted if goods were faulty upon the delivery. Any items return us faulty will be thoroughly inspected by KOKORI staff members upon the receipt and any item deemed to be subject to usage will not be considered as faulty. Under such circumstances please inform us through info@kokori.co.uk as soon as possible when you received the product. Any faulty product/items should be returned to us with in 14 days since being received by you.

Kokori.co.uk does not sell flawed products nor products of lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market. KOKORI has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

Order and Availability

All items are subject to availability. Our system has been designed to only allow you to order products that we have in stock. However, in the event of an error and your desired product not being available, we will inform you by email within 3 days of receipt of your order. 

KOKORI reserves the right to inform the user, within 48 hours (working days) of the order placed, about the unavailability of any product. Further to informing the user about the unavailability, the contract shall be considered as automatically withdrawn for the item unavailable. The cost of the unavailable item will be deducted from the total statement of the used card and the contract will keep being valid for the rest of the order in their normal effect regarding other items being ordered, unless otherwise specified by the user.

Your order is confirmed upon receipt of the email "Order confirmation". The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed by KOKORI. This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum 2 working days). KOKORI reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (availability of an item, problem concerning the order received, abnormal order, unpredictable problems concerning the delivery or issues concerning a previous order). In this case, KOKORI will contact the client, please allow a maximum delay of 5 working days once the order is registered and a refund will be made. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
